Job Overview. We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic IELTS Trainer to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and training to students who are preparing for the IELTS exam. This is a full-time position based in Batala, Punjab, India. We are seeking candidates with less than 1 year of experience, preferably freshers, who are passionate about teaching and have a strong command of the English language.

Qualifications And Skills. Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with students from diverse backgrounds.

Strong teaching skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Passionate about work and committed to helping students achieve their goals.

Previous experience as an English teacher or in IELTS training is preferred.

Sound knowledge of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria.

Roles And Responsibilities. Deliver IELTS training sessions to students according to the provided curriculum.

Provide guidance and support to students in all aspects of the IELTS exam, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their performance.

Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies to enhance students' language skills.

Create and administer practice exams to familiarize students with the IELTS exam format.

Keep up-to-date with the latest IELTS trends and changes to ensure effective training delivery.

Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and progress.

Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to organize workshops and events related to IELTS training.

Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding their study abroad plans and career prospects.

Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
