IELTS Youtube Trainer (Full-Time)

We're disrupting IELTS education in India and have gained the trust of more than 1,000 delighted students in a very short period of time. We are looking to expand our team of IELTS educators to provide IELTS education to thousands more and help them achieve their dreams of studying abroad.

The charter for this role will include:

• Create and appear in educational content for Leap Scholar's YouTube channel, including IELTS tips, strategies, and sample answers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video content that helps students prepare for IELTS
• Conduct IELTS preparation classes for individuals or groups of students
• Assess students' English language proficiency levels
• Provide constructive feedback on students' performance and progress, helping them identify areas for improvement
• Administer mock IELTS exams to gauge students' readiness and track their progress
• Offer guidance on effective test-taking strategies and time management techniques
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve their target IELTS scores
• Stay updated on IELTS exam trends, format changes, and scoring criteria
• Communicate regularly with students to address their questions, concerns, and provide additional support.

Ideal Persona:

• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating educational video content
• Strong presentation skills and engaging personality suitable for digital content creation
• You have taught IELTS for at least 6 months
• Should have experience in all the 4 modules OR should have attended IELTS Exams with a minimum score of 7.

Prerequisites for this role will include:

• 1-2 days per week dedicated to YouTube content shoots at the office
• 8 hours of sessions; 6 days a week
• Timings:

a) 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM

b) 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM

c) 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM + 06:00 PM to 10:00 PM

d) 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM + 07:00 PM to 11:00 PM
