Purpose of job

To promote and ensure quality training and effective English language teacher training

To support the wider aims of GSC-NOIDA and its vision

MAIN DUTIES

To use continuous improvement process and tools to make interactive lessons

To prepare recourses for students including lesson plans, classroom activities

To draft reports and presentations on the improvement of student learning when required

To undertake any other related duties as requested by General Manager

Required qualities:

IELTS / TOEFL teachers have to high score certificate of IELTS

Candidate who can teach both General English and IELTS programmes will be preferable

Minimum 1-2 year(s) practice as a teacher at courses, whose students IELTS score and results are high

Experience in teaching either IELTS

Knowledge of current trends and developments in language teaching methodology

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Pedagogical ability

Native Speaker of English

To apply different methods for the improvement of students

The efficiency of innovation

Good intercourse, relation and ability to work in a team

Full Time Salary : 15k to 25k (Full time 9 Hours Flexible)

Part Time Salary : 40% Of Tuition Fees charged by the student

Timing : Flexible
