Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile, confident, and experienced IELTS Trainer who can also assume leadership responsibilities and independently manage the institute. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional teaching, organizational, and leadership skills and have a track record of driving results in both academics and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training and Student Development:

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for IELTS , ensuring students achieve their target scores.
• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans and strategies for individual and group learning.
• Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and monitor student progress.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam patterns, ensuring content and strategies align with current requirements.

5. Strategic Planning:

• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the institute’s overall performance.
• Collaborate with management (if applicable) to set and achieve long-term goals for the institute.
• Implement new technologies, resources, and teaching methods to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IELTS and Trainer (minimum 2-3 years).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in customizing lesson plans based on individual learning needs.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, and handling inquiries is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools for maintaining records and planning.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing or leading an educational institute.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and student recruitment techniques.
