Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IELTS Faculty based in Vadodara. The IELTS Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students preparing for the IELTS exam. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, conducting classes, providing feedback on student performance, and assisting with developing study materials. Additionally, the IELTS Faculty will monitor student progress and provide individualized support to help them achieve their desired scores.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching English and preparing students for the IELTS exam
• Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to create effective lesson plans and instructional materials
• Experience in assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant ESL or TESOL certification is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
