Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an IEC Expert located in Delhi. The IEC Expert will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) strategies. Daily tasks include content creation, stakeholder engagement, conducting workshops and training sessions, and monitoring the impact of IEC activities to ensure successful project implementation.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• MBA/PGDM in Mass Communication or equivalent degree, with minimum 5 years of experience

• Should have independently assisted in at least 2 large scale mega events / workshops/ review meetings for the Central/ State Govt.

• Strong skills in Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) strategy development and implementation
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and management
• Proficiency in content creation and digital media
• Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and educational programs
• Strong analytical and monitoring skills to assess impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
