Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IDM Analyst to join our team at R1 RCM, with 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Provide expert-level support for data analysis and reporting.
Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets for tracking key performance indicators.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other analytical tools.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
