As a candidate for the role of managing Key Clients HNIs and Ultra HNIs at Yes Bank, your responsibilities will include: - Providing expert relationship management experience to Key Clients HNIs and Ultra HNIs. - Collaborating with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team to drive the acquisition of Personal Banking and Wealth Management relationships for Owner/ Promotors/ Directors/ CFOs/ Corporate Treasuries Wealth. - Anticipating and being sensitive to shifting customer expectations and taking appropriate measures to ensure that Yes Bank stays ahead of competitors. - Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios/products to gain business wallet share from HNI and Ultra HNI clients. - Engaging regularly with mapped relationships to maintain portfolio quality, ensure profitability at each client level, and showcase the full range of consumer and commercial banking products. - Identifying and harnessing incremental business opportunities across all products. - Contributing to the development of new products and services by providing self and customer feedback to the respective Program Teams. - Ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers. - Participating in cross-functional activities to promote and nurture collective responsibility towards the bigger objectives of the institution. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong relationship management skills. - Knowledge and experience in Personal Banking and Wealth Management. - Ability to anticipate and adapt to shifting customer expectations. - Understanding of consumer and commercial banking products. - Compliance knowledge in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
