Identity Operations analyst

We are looking for a skilled IAM Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in Information Systems, with expertise in SailPoint IIQ, Microsoft Identity Management (MIM), and Azure AD Connect (AADC). As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating EY's Global Account Provisioning platforms efficiently. ### Roles and Responsibility Maintain and operate EY's Global Account Provisioning platforms efficiently. Monitor the health and maintain infrastructure on Linux and Windows servers. Ensure successful completion of jobs/tasks and take corrective action for failures. Respond to incidents generated by monitoring alerts within defined SLAs and emails. Collaborate with global HR teams for changes and data-driven issues. Work closely with implementation and engineering teams for BAU issues and raise items to vendors as needed. Contribute to projects focused on production readiness and validate that infrastructure services are not interrupted after system or configuration changes. Manage Service accounts and Certificates, ensuring regular renewal and compliance. Partner with the Service Management team to ensure operational deliverables like service documentation, knowledge materials, monitoring requirements, and support structures are in place and updated. Work with Change Management to ensure product changes are communicated, documented, and approved. Periodically review and update global process documentation and knowledge materials. Communicate updates regarding supported projects, initiatives, developments, and status to Identity Operations and Leadership. Collaborate with Global Information Security and Security Operations to align supported services with the Code of Connection and external security audits. ### Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Systems, preferably in a related role. Strong understanding of Identity Management Solutions, including SailPoint IIQ, Microsoft Identity Management (MIM), and Azure AD Connect (AADC). Experience with Database management systems such as MSSQL and MySQL. Knowledge of Application Servers like Tomcat and WebLogic. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Beanshell. Ability to maximize analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements and develop solutions. Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation Certification, SailPoint IdentityIQ.
