Job Description

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expertise:
Oracle Access Manager (OAM): Proficient in OAM administration and architecture, ensuring secure and efficient access control.
Single Sign-On (SSO): hands-on experience implementing and managing SSO technologies and protocols.
Federation Protocols
: Deep understanding and practical application of federation concepts, including SAML and WS-Fed.
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): Proven experience in identity federation and integration using Microsoft Entra ID.
OAuth2 & OpenID Connect
: experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and securing applications using OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
Certificate Management: Proficient in managing certificates for SAML/OIDC integrations, ensuring robust security.
LDAP Directories: Knowledge of LDAP directories for identity data management and seamless integration.
SCIM Protocol
: Knowledgeable in SCIM for efficient provisioning and de-provisioning of identity data.
SSL Certificate Concepts: Solid understanding of SSL certificate concepts for secure communication.
Microsoft MFA & Conditional Access
: Experience in supporting Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication and Conditional Access policies.
Technical & Operational Skills:
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Proven ability to lead complex troubleshooting sessions involving technical teams, end-users, and external partners.
Monitoring Tools
: Experience with Splunk for monitoring authentication and federation events, enabling proactive troubleshooting and analysis.
Automation & Scripting: Working knowledge of Java, Python, and PowerShell for developing automation scripts and integration tasks.
DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with DevOps principles, including code repositories and build/deploy pipelines.
Linux OS: Proficient in navigating and managing Linux operating systems.
Workflow & Ticket Management: Experience utilizing ServiceNow and Agile methodologies for efficient workflow and ticket management.
Communication & Collaboration:
Technical Documentation: Good written communication skills for creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Microsoft Office 365: Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 tools for collaboration, reporting, and presentations.
