ICU Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated intensive care unit (ICU) nurse to provide essential care to critically ill or injured patients in our ICU department. As a specialized nurse, you will be highly trained to care for patients recovering from strokes, heart attacks, or invasive surgeries. Your responsibilities will include conducting diagnostic tests, monitoring patient progress, responding to medical emergencies, and communicating effectively with doctors and patients" families. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities: - Evaluate and monitor patients" progress. - Recognize sudden or subtle changes in a patient's medical condition. - Provide regular updates to medical staff, patients, and their families. - Administer treatment and monitor medication doses. - Respond to medical emergencies and inform appropriate medical personnel. - Attend to patient needs during their recovery in the ICU. - Complete all required paperwork before patient transfers. - Maintain accurate patient records. - Develop and implement effective care plans. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ICU nurse or in critical care. - Proficiency in health information structures and technology. - Willingness to work 12-hour day and night shifts. - Exceptional empathy and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a high-stress and emotional environment.
