ICU Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team. The ICU RN will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced clinical skills, evidence-based practice, and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to deliver exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Administer medications, manage ventilators, and operate critical care equipment Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies and code situations Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and care plans Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies and standards Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State] Minimum [2–4] years of ICU or critical care experience (preferred) BLS and ACLS certification (required) Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment Preferred Qualifications CCRN certification Experience with EMR systems Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
