Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage ICS activities from the farm/field level to all external stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with quality protocols, traceability standards, and internal control policies. Coordinate the flow of data between field officers, certification bodies, and the head office.
Work with certification bodies such as NOCA, ECOCERT, and OneCert for audits, renewals, and surveillance. Ensure all documents, compliance reports, and required data are submitted on time. Maintain complete audit readiness for every ICS unit and track certification status for all farmer groups without allowing any lapse.
Prepare, file, and maintain all important operational and financial documents required for audits and regulatory compliance with accuracy and completeness.
Maintain weekly MIS reports on certification progress, ICS activities, and pending TCs. Present monthly performance updates to management, monitor targets, and report risks or deviations at an early stage.

Preferred candidate profile

Degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data and documentation accuracy.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a foundational understanding of the Agri-Supply Chain.
