Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated I&C Engineer with a strong foundation in SCADA/PLC programming, control systems design, and industrial communication protocols. The ideal candidate will support the execution of Instrumentation and control projects across various industrial sectors, including energy and process industries. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Instrumentation and control and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

We are looking for a candidate to be initially based in India (Pune or Ahmedabad). After acquiring expertise in the client's systems and effectively integrating into their work environment, the candidate will be considered for a potential long-term deputation assignment in Europe (4 to 6 years).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Development/configuration, and troubleshooting of the SCADA system
• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot PLC programs (Siemens TIA Portal, STEP 7)
• Program and configure HMI systems and AC drives
• Work with industrial communication protocols like Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet-IP
• Design/review automation hardware architecture, including control panel design and electrical drawings review
• Participate in FAT/SAT, on-site commissioning, and system testing.
• Assist in preparing BOMs, system documentation, and technical manuals.
• Provide installation, maintenance, and technical support for I&C systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution in various industries sectors Support contract review, technical proposal creation, and cost estimation

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with SCADA/HMI development and PLC programming
• Strong knowledge of automation hardware, network configuration, and industrial communication.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of control systems design and safety standards.
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent.

Software & Tools Experience:

• Industrial SCADA
• Siemens TIA Portal, STEP 7
• Preferably experience in C/C++ or Scripting language, or Python, etc. MS Office for Documentation

Compensation Details:

• Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and technical expertise.

• In case of Client Deputation:

  A salary of Euro

  3200 per month

  , along with additional benefits as per company policy, will be offered during the deputation period.
