Job Summary: The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the Oil and Gas projects adhering project requirements with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop Scope of work, Master document register, Man-hour estimate, Staffing plan & reforecasts, input to Project schedule, Progress reporting and Control of Man-hours for the project. Review of Power distribution design, Electrical Design Basis/criteria, philosophies. Review of Power System Studies (using ETAP /SKM etc. softwares) such as Load flow, Short circuit, Motor starting, Harmonics, Transient, Arch Flash studies and Relay setting & relay coordination. Review of Equipment Sizing calculations e.g. Transformer, Switchgear, Emergency Diesel Generator, and UPS & Battery Charger etc. Review of Electrical calculations such as voltage drop/cable derating, Earthing & Lightning calculations and Lighting calculations. Review/Develop Protection & Metering SLDs for HV/MV/LV systems. Review of Load List, cable schedules, Panel schedules and Block diagrams. Review of Motor schematics and interconnection diagrams. Review of Area classifications based on Hazardous source list and Equipment selection. Review /prepare of Electrical Equipment Datasheets, Material requisitions, Technical bid evaluations and Purchase requisitions. Interface with procurement teams to provide technical support for material purchasing and vendor qualification and expedition. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications. Review and approve supplier design drawings/documents. Participate in 3D model reviews, and other design reviews. Review and approve Bill of Materials (BOM), and other material-related documentation. Input to MR prepared by other discipline such as Mechanical, Building etc. and review their vendor package drawings. Input to bid package and construction tenders. Witness factory acceptance tests for Equipment. Provide engineering assistance to construction team. Provide training and technical guidance to engineers /designers. Assist in the development of department standards, procedures, practices and guidelines and other departmental activities. Qualifications and Experience: Experience: Minimum 15 + years of relevant experience in Electrical engineering within the oil and gas industry. Job knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Design. Strong knowledge of Electrical calculations and Power system studies. Experience of Electrical equipment and bulk material specifications, procurement and vendor drawing reviews. Knowledge of Hazardous Area Classification, Cathodic Protection Systems, Electric Heat Tracing Design. Experience of ETAP/SKM etc., Smart Plant Electrical (SPEL), SPR/Navisworks and Lighting Design softwares (Dialux etc.). Knowledge of National/International Code and standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, NEMA, NFPA, API, IS, etc.).

Job Summary: Experience (with knowledge of Rotor-dynamics) in compressors (motor & turbine driven), pumps and other turbo-machinery and packaged equipment (process & utility), Engineer having specializing & hand on experience in rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps, fans, seal systems, lubrication systems, and auxiliary equipment, blowers etc. for Oil & Gas Basic/ FEED, Key Responsibilities: Develop & review equipment specification for rotating equipment, datasheets, technical specifications, and material requisitions in complance with project requirements and API standards Reviewing the quotations of vendors by conducting Technical Bid Evaluations and ensure equipment selection aligns with the project specifications. Own the technical review process for rotating equipment packages, leading interdisciplinary coordination to ensure vendor compliance with specifications and schedules. Lead a team of engineers in design and review of rotating equipment packages. Ensure that all team members meet project timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements. Visit client facilities and/or jobsites as needed for design meetings, vendor meetings, inspections, and site visits, factory acceptance tests(FAT/SAT), etc. Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures. Keeping the coordination with field engineering teams and providing technical assistance as needed To collect the lessons learned and share them with EGS. Experiences and Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of API standards like 610, 611, 617, 682, 692, etc, and ANSI Standards. Familiarity with mechanical seal design , lubrication systems , and auxiliary equipment . Proven knowledge and experience in rotor-dynamics and vibration analysis .
