Key Responsibilities:-

• Perform welding on boilers, IBR pipelines, and pressure vessels as per Indian Boiler Regulations.
• Carry out butt, fillet, and groove welds on pipes, tubes, and plates in various positions (1G–6G).
• Work strictly as per approved WPS, IBR codes, and engineering drawings.
• Ensure proper weld quality, pre-heating, and PWHT (post-weld heat treatment).
• Coordinate with fitters and inspectors for fit-up checks, NDT, and hydro testing.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and IBR documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Valid IBR Welder Certification (Regulation 609).
• Skilled in SMAW, GTAW, TIG/MIG welding processes.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IBR fabrication and boiler/piping projects.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.

Job Description – IBR Fabric Fitter

Position: IBR Fabric Fitter

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Location: Survey No. 79/A, Chetlapotharam Village, Jinnaram, Telangana – 502319

Department: Fabrication / Maintenance / Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret IBR-approved fabrication drawings and layouts.
• Perform cutting, edge preparation, alignment, and fit-up of pipelines, flanges, and boiler parts.
• Ensure correct root gap, tolerances, and alignment before welding.
• Assist welders during fit-up, tack welding, and inspection processes.
• Handle assembly of valves, fittings, supports, and accessories as per IBR standards.
• Support inspectors during hydro test and IBR approval process.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality compliance at the site.

Requirements :-

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IBR fabrication projects.
• Proficient with measuring tools (vernier calipers, gauges, spirit levels, etc.).
• Familiar with IBR codes, standards, and inspection procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
