Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional with 6-9 years of experience to join our team as an IBM Datastage Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance Datastage ETL Platform and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Review job designs and code created by other DataStage developers to ensure high-quality output.
Provide production support for a Finance Datastage ETL Platform, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing jobs for performance.
Monitor DataStage job execution, troubleshoot issues, and provide root cause analysis for job failures.
Support ongoing inbound/outbound data loads and issue resolution to ensure seamless data flow.
Optimize existing DataStage jobs for performance, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Finance Datastage ETL Platform and its applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable data processing solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
