IBM Consultant

Design, develop, and deploy IBM Case Manager solutions using IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) – Workflow on Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) . Configure and customize IBM Case Manager workflows, case types, and security models within CP4BA . Integrate IBM Case Manager with other CP4BA components (such as FileNet, Business Automation Workflow, and Automation Decision Services). Implement containerized deployments of IBM Case Manager on ARO , ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Develop REST APIs , event-driven integrations, and microservices for case management automation. Troubleshoot and optimize IBM Case Manager performance in a Kubernetes/OpenShift environment. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for IBM Case Manager deployments. Provide technical guidance on IBM CP4BA Workflow best practices, including case design, process automation, and user experience enhancements. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable case management solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with IBM Case Manager (on-prem or cloud). Hands-on experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) – Workflow . Strong knowledge of Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) or OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) . Experience deploying and managing IBM Case Manager in a Kubernetes/OpenShift environment. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, and microservices architecture . Familiarity with IBM FileNet P8, Business Automation Workflow (BAW), and IBM Content Navigator . Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Tekton, Jenkins, ArgoCD), and GitOps . Knowledge of IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments. IBM Certified Solution Developer/Architect for Cloud Pak for Business Automation (preferred). Nice to Have: Experience with Azure cloud services (AKS, Azure Storage, Azure AD). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies . Familiarity with IBM Watson AI/ML integrations for case management.
