IB MYP/DP Language and Literature Teacher

As a Language and Literature (English) Teacher, you will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school's requirements. Your role will involve providing knowledge and instruction to students while helping them develop their personalities and skills. The ideal candidate for this position will be passionate about teaching, capable of building trusting relationships with students, and adept at organizing classes effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and utilize visual/audio aids to facilitate learning - Provide individualized instruction to each student through interactive teaching methods - Create and distribute educational content such as notes, summaries, and assignments - Assess and record students" progress, assign grades, and provide constructive feedback - Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom environment - Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders, and actively participate in meetings - Plan and execute educational activities and events both in-class and outdoors - Attend seminars and conferences to enhance professional skills and knowledge - Plan and execute classes according to IB Expectations and create Planners as per IB Standards Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a teacher - Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines, along with a willingness to adhere to the school's policies and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Well-organized, committed, creative, and energetic - Strong moral values and discipline - Degree in teaching or a specialized subject with a certificate in education This job offers an opportunity to contribute to the academic growth and personal development of students while honing your teaching skills.,
