Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the SOC team.
Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent cyber threats.
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential weaknesses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement incident response plans.
Monitor and analyze security event logs to detect anomalies and suspicious activity.
Provide training and guidance to SOC team members on security best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of security operations center (SOC) principles and practices.
Experience with incident response and threat hunting techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
