Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at the dealership, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your responsibilities include: - Greeting and welcoming customers, ensuring you are in proper uniform for easy customer identification. - Attending morning meetings regularly to stay updated on dealership activities. - Building rapport with customers through effective communication and a friendly approach. - Identifying and understanding customer needs and preferences. - Recommending vehicles that align with customer requirements and budget. - Maintaining a thorough understanding of available vehicles, including features, specifications, pricing, and promotions. - Staying informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor analysis. - Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives, highlighting key features and benefits. - Guiding customers through the sales process, providing information on financing options, warranties, and service plans. - Negotiating pricing and terms to successfully close deals. - Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements. - Using HGOALS 2.0 and H-Smart APP effectively for generating quality enquiries and leads. - Punching enquiries into H-Smart APP daily and following up with customers via calls and emails to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Addressing post-sale issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborating with team members, finance managers, service advisors, and sales managers. - Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. - Achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Providing customers with the latest consumer offers on vehicles and accurate waiting period information. - Submitting regular sales reports and updates to management. - Participating in dealership events, promotions, and community outreach programs. - Staying informed about competitors" products, pricing, and promotions. - Providing feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences. The selected candidates will work under a designated Team Leader and receive training from both the Team Leader and Dealer In-house Sales Trainer. The job is full-time and requires in-person work. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The schedule is day shift with performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on achievements. Experience in sales is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of total work experience. The work location is in person at various locations including Tinsukia, Sadiya, and Digboi in Tinsukia district.,
