HyperMesh Trainee Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform
FE meshing (1D, 2D, and 3D)
using
HyperMesh
for structural and durability analysis.
Carry out
geometry clean-up, mid-surface extraction
, and model setup.
Collaborate with senior CAE engineers to prepare simulation-ready models.
Maintain mesh quality standards and follow project guidelines.
Document work progress and support the internal simulation workflow.

Required Skills

Hands-on or academic experience with
Altair HyperMesh
.
Good understanding of
finite element analysis (FEA)
fundamentals.
Basic knowledge of
CAD tools
such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative office environment.
Willingness to learn and grow under project-based training.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to CAE solvers like
OptiStruct, Radioss
, or
LS-DYNA
.
Interest in automotive or mechanical component simulation projects.
Scripting experience (Tcl/Python) for automation is an added advantage.
