Hydroponics Farm Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Hydroponics Farm Supervisor. The Hydroponics Farm Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations of the hydroponic farm, including monitoring plant health, maintaining hydroponic systems, and ensuring optimal growing conditions. The role also includes managing a team of farm workers, scheduling tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hydroponics, plant health monitoring, and maintaining hydroponic systems
• Team management, task scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and farm management software
• Previous supervisory experience in a farm or related setting is a plus
