Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Hydraulic Technician to assist in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career technicians to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment. The role involves supporting senior technicians, learning system operations, and ensuring all equipment is maintained in safe working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders.
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Learn to identify and repair leaks, pressure issues, and component malfunctions.
• Support preventive maintenance and documentation of service activities.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.
• Work with senior technicians during system testing, calibration, and setup.
• Be available for occasional after-hours maintenance work when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic principles (training will be provided).
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
• Physically fit — able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in hydraulic or mechanical maintenance (freshers welcome).
• Exposure to hydraulic or pneumatic torquing and tensioning systems will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
