CNC Lathe Operator & Programmer

You will be joining Pet Tools Pvt. As a CNC Lathe Operator & Programmer with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components with precision. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up and operating CNC turning machines for precision machining operations. - Writing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs based on engineering drawings. - Reading blueprints and CAD models to determine machining requirements. - Loading and aligning raw materials using appropriate fixtures. - Conducting test runs to verify machining accuracy and making necessary adjustments. - Selecting, setting up, and maintaining cutting tools and fixtures. - Inspecting finished components using precision measuring instruments. - Performing routine machine maintenance and keeping CNC equipment clean and functional. - Maintaining accurate production records and inspection reports. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and programming. - Diploma or ITI in Machinist, Tool & Die Making, or Mechanical Engineering. - Proficiency in CNC programming languages and control systems. - Strong ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications. - Skilled in precision measuring and inspection tools. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Commitment to quality, productivity, and safety standards. Preferred qualifications include experience in multi-axis machining, knowledge of CAM software, familiarity with Lean Manufacturing practices, and experience in team coordination.
