• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in hydraulic system, Schematic architecture and fluid mechanics.
• Hydraulic Circuit preparation and knowledge about different hydraulic system (ex: Open loop and Closed loop)
• Hance on Experience in construction Equipments Hydraulic system and hydraulic motor / Pump design
• Knowledge in Hydraulic motor /Pump standards of ISO, SAE, and DIN.
• Hydraulic motor/Pump types and functions & especially hydraulic spool valve, base plate design and its functional roles in systems.
• Design and development of hydraulic motors/pump parts design experience.
• Design calculations for Hydraulic motors & Pump maximum pressure, motor max. flow, Motor Torque volumetric/mechanical efficiency.
• Knowledge on Hydraulic motor & Pump validations
• Ability to support cost-effective, optimum, and innovative hydraulic solutions based on system requirements.
• Prepare and maintain DFMEA, Design Validation Plans, and comprehensive technical reports.
• Good communication skills with collaborative approach with team and handling customer communications and travel to field data aquations all over India.

Drawing and 3D modelling skills

• 3D modelling and 2D drafting using UG-NX (Siemens NX or Equivalent software).
• Experience in designing casting components (e.g., motor housings) with focus on strength, weight optimization, and manufacturability.
• Proficient Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing for Hydraulic components
• Preferred skill: Experience with CFD tools (e.g., ANSYS Fluent) for oil flow and thermal simulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hydraulic motor selection and new motor design based on customer specifications and its application
• Design and development of hydraulic motor parts design and integrated with planetary gearbox.
• Part Modelling and drawing preparation and release in PLM system for manufacturing
• VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) of existing motor parts
• Hydraulic motor testing plan and support with validation team internal and with customer
• Contribute to Project & Product Planning for both global and domestic programs.
• Execute ECR/ECN activities in PLM within defined timelines as per customer/supplier/internal requirements.
• Collaborate regularly with motor supplier & internal department (manufacturing, purchasing, costing teams. etc )
• Working with global (Italy) R&D hydraulic team & for specific projects requirements to be travelled to Italy for short period (01 to 3 months max.)
