Role Overview

You will be part of our Valve Production team, responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the performance quality of hydraulic cartridge valves. This role offers a strong learning opportunity and career growth in a fast-growing hydraulic manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic cartridge valves as per engineering drawings and SOPs
• Perform functional testing (pressure, flow, leakage) using hydraulic test rigs
• Conduct visual inspection and measurement checks with gauges and measuring instruments
• Ensure correct torque application, cleanliness, and sealing standards
• Identify and report defects or deviations during assembly/testing stages
• Maintain test records, QC documentation, and traceability
• Support continuous improvement in processes and workplace organization (5S)
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams for smooth workflow
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of mechanical components and fitting/assembly operations
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings will be an added advantage
• Hands-on experience working with tools such as torque wrenches, spanners, vernier calipers
• Willingness to learn hydraulic testing procedures and troubleshooting
• Discipline, teamwork, and a passion for building high-quality industrial products
