BE Mechanical Engineer Fresher

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Mechanical Engineering graduate to join our growing team. This is a versatile role designed for freshers who are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute across multiple functions such as design, ERP system integration, production coordination, and marketing support.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation, good analytical skills, and the enthusiasm to explore various domains within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in mechanical design and drafting using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Support ERP implementation and integration across departments like sales, production, and inventory.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and process mapping in ERP systems.
• Provide technical support to marketing and business development teams, including preparing product presentations, technical documentation, and client proposals.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality audits.
• Conduct basic research and analysis to support product development or market studies.
• Learn and adapt to different functions based on project requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
