Hybrid Cloud Developer Experience & GenAI Lead, AVP

As a Hybrid Cloud Developer Experience & GenAI Lead at Deutsche Bank, your role will be crucial in supporting the ongoing management and execution of the bank's hybrid cloud strategy. You will play a key part in the Developer Experience program by leading the evolution of tooling and process enhancements within the cloud ecosystem to improve developer experience and reduce toil. Additionally, you will be involved in building GenAI products to automate the cloud experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support program and product leads in building GenAI enabled products for automating workflows and processes within the DB cloud ecosystem. - Collaborate with engineering teams to articulate product features and test requirements. - Proactively identify opportunities to leverage GenAI and translate product ideas into clear requirements. - Engage the cloud developer community to understand issues that can be addressed through process enhancements. - Work with cloud engineering SMEs to drive strategic changes for faster cloud migration velocity. - Manage end-to-end cloud issue resolution process and track deployment of monthly process enhancements. - Identify opportunities for process automation in the cloud control process by engaging key domain stakeholders. **Skills & Experience:** - Experience in change management, business transformation, and process re-engineering. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. - Effective communicator who can influence diverse stakeholders and drive change initiatives. - Familiarity with building customer-oriented products and AI concepts, specifically GenAI & AI Agents. - Experience in Google Cloud Platform migrations is preferred.
