Job Description

As an HVAC Supervisor at GSH Group, your role will involve overseeing the daily operations, installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will be responsible for supervising team members, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, conducting diagnostics, scheduling preventative maintenance, and preparing reports. Your proactive problem-solving skills and effective communication with clients and internal teams will be key to ensuring effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations, installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems - Supervise team members and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards - Conduct diagnostics, schedule preventative maintenance, and prepare reports - Proactively solve problems and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Qualifications: - Proficiency in HVAC systems, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance - Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) principles - Leadership, team management, and people coordination skills - Knowledge of safety regulations and energy-efficient technologies - Effective communication skills for client interactions and internal reporting - Ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions promptly - Previous experience in facilities management or building services is an advantage - Degree or technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field,
