Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC Site Execution Engineer to oversee and coordinate the execution
of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems on project sites. The ideal candidate will
ensure installations are completed to design specifications, comply with safety and quality standards,
and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

:
o Review HVAC design drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
o Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs,
FCUs, ducting, piping, insulation, and controls.
o Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, consultants, and other site engineers.
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
o Ensure adherence to project schedules and monitor resource deployment.
o Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials comply with
project standards.
o Resolve on-site technical issues and liaise with design and planning teams for revisions or
clarifications.
o Verify installation works against approved drawings and standards.
o Support the commissioning and handover process, including preparation of documentation and
participation in system testing.
o Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at the site.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, ducting, and piping layouts.
Familiar with relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
Proficient in reading HVAC and MEP drawings.
Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
