HVAC Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer – HVAC Projects

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3 -7 Years of experience in the relevant industry.

Qualifications: B. Tech Mechanical/ Diploma- Mech

Compensation: 3-4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and reports.
• Understand the production process of all manufactured products.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement operating procedures and provide technical assistance on-site.
• Handle manpower deployment at the project site as per requirement.
• Lead a team of supervisors and fabricators to ensure timely execution and quality work.
• Enforce SOPs related to safety at all operational sites.
• Manage and report on materials dispatched for fabrication and installation.
• Calculate required accessories and proactively source shortfall from factory or local market.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, manpower, and address client issues.
• Submit daily reports to the Project Coordinator and Head Office on progress, issues, manpower, and expenses.
• Get measurement sheets verified and signed for billing post-project completion.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain execution drawings.
• Maintain necessary tools and equipment at the site.
• Conduct pre-site visits to assess project feasibility.
• Oversee ducting system installations as required.
• Perform all duties related to site operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 6 years in a relevant field (HVAC experience preferred)
• Education: B.Tech (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
• Willingness to travel for project execution and supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
