Job Description:

• Plan and execute multiple HVAC, MEP, and Cleanroom projects from initiation to completion • Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain quality and compliance
• Manage site teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor daily execution progress
• Resolve technical issues, resource bottlenecks, or on-site conflicts effectively
• Oversee measurement and billing activities, working closely with execution and finance teams • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth project flow
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and best practices
• Provide detailed project updates, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation plans to stakeholders
• Serve as the technical point of contact during execution and decision-making
• Lead and motivate project staff to achieve project goals within timelines
