HVAC Project Manager

Project Manager: Project manager with 4 to 5 yrs experience in commercial/industrial/lab fitout projects

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
2. Well versed in studying, understanding and executing all MEP services
3. Should be able to co relate design drawings, BOQ with shop drawings, attend an resolve queries
4. from sub vendors for smooth running of the project
5. Preparation of variation statements, recognizing and recording Non tender items for various
6. packages.
7. Good communication and co ordination skills
8. Should be able and keen to learn new concepts, softwares and update themselves as per new
9. industry requirements.
10. Guide and manage subvendors to achieve targets/dead lines while assuring quality of work meets
11. set standards

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the quality of installation, Reviewing the installation as per the approved TDS & site drawings
2. Plan day-to-day activities at site and align the project & safety team accordingly
3. Ensure prerequisites such as WorkPermit (inallforms),SafetyOfficerandvendorsupervisor
4. is available before starting work without fail.
5. Coordinate with all vendors / suppliers for arranging adequate manpower to complete the
6. planned activity in a stipulated timeline
7. Conduct site level weekly review meeting with all vendors & suppliers and, next week plan
8. to be explained for preparation
9. Daily / Periodic followups on material delivery, manpower, punctuality, quality & safety. If
10. any defaulters, it has to be communicated to vendors/supplier top management
11. Make weekly report & tracked schedule for the management review meeting
12. Prepare Invoicing annexure / Summary. Generate Reconcilation statement of all services &
13. Update on receivables and vendor payables
14. Prepare Area Wise/Package Wise - Pre & Post Installation & Commissioning Checklist.

10.Extracting measurement from vendors on-time, verify the same & submit to PMC / Customer

for joint measurement approval

12.Periodically preparing the RA bills, getting it certified from concern person and submit to office to generate an invoice

13.Preparing the snag points on completion of any milestone activity and get it cleared from vendor and as well as PMC/Customer
