Hvac Engineer

Position Overview:

The role involves managing all service-related activities for Pantry systems, CAB AC units, and LHB RMPUs from the Sinnar Plant. The position requires coordination with field service engineers, providing remote technical support, analyzing service reports, and working closely with internal teams to improve product performance and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service Management

• Act as the central point of contact for all service activities related to Pantry, CAB AC, and LHB RMPU systems.
• Manage communication between field engineers, customers, and internal departments.
  

2. Field Support & Technical Assistance

• Coordinate with field service engineers for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and on-site service activities.
• Provide remote technical support to clients and field teams for timely issue resolution.
  

3. Service Issue Analysis & Improvement

• Analyse field reports, service issues, and failure cases to identify recurring problems.
• Suggest corrective and preventive measures to enhance product reliability and service operations.
  

4. Logistics & Documentation Control

• Ensure timely dispatch of service tools, spare parts, and documentation to field teams and customers.
• Maintain comprehensive service records, spare parts usage logs, warranty claims, and failure analysis reports.
  

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with production, design, and quality departments to share field feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Support implementation of service-related engineering updates.
  

6. Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Train internal teams and field service personnel on service procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and product updates.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of

• Computer proficiency:
