Job Description

Job Title: HVAC Design Engineer (Revit MEP Specialist)

Develop detailed HVAC designs and layouts using
Revit MEP
(mandatory) and
AutoCAD
.
Prepare and coordinate
HVAC drawings, schematics, and 3D models
in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
Perform
heat load calculations
, duct sizing, and equipment selection.
Collaborate with architects, structural, and electrical teams for coordinated design deliverables.
Review design documents to ensure compliance with
ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant cleanroom standards
.
Support project execution from
design to commissioning
, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
Prepare
BOQs, material take-offs
, and support procurement with technical inputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Revit MEP
(mandatory) and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of
HVAC systems design
, air distribution, and ventilation principles.
Experience in cleanroom HVAC design
(preferred).
Good knowledge of international standards and codes related to HVAC systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Preferred Background:

Prior experience in
pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, or cleanroom facility design
.
Familiarity with BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
