1.To serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving issues using the Chat/E-mail platform and integrated tools.
2.Expertise in using the Chat/E- mail platform including its various features and integrations, is required.
3.Strong written and verbal communication skills problem-solving skills which are essential for clear and effective customer interaction. 4.The ability to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions is crucial. 5.A proven ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other departments or external partners. 6.Shift Timings - 12:30pm-9:30pm
7.5 days of working (Monday - Friday)
