About the Role:

Human-Tech Interface Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Interface & Experience Design

Design
human-technology interaction models
that optimize usability, emotion, and trust across devices and systems.
Create
interfaces for AI, XR (AR/VR/MR), voice, gesture, and multimodal experiences
.
Develop
interaction frameworks and design patterns
for intelligent agents, automation tools, and adaptive systems.

Human-Centered Innovation

Apply
human factors, ergonomics, and cognitive psychology principles
to design more natural and accessible interfaces.
Design for
context-aware systems
that adapt to human input, emotion, and intent.
Collaborate with AI and data science teams to ensure ethical, explainable, and trustworthy design of algorithmic interactions.

Design Systems & Prototyping

Create and maintain
multi-modal design systems
supporting visual, auditory, and haptic interfaces.
Build
interactive prototypes
for testing with real users, leveraging tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Framer, or Adobe XD.
Experiment with
emerging interface paradigms
, including voice, brain-computer interfaces (BCIs), AR overlays, and AI-driven personalization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing for
conversational AI
,
voice assistants
, or
generative AI interfaces
.
Familiarity with
XR environments
(AR/VR/MR) and
3D spatial interaction design
.
Exposure to
neural interface research

biometric sensors

affective computing
.
Knowledge of
