Job Description

As an HR Lead (HR Business Partner) at ZS, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders on people matters, providing expert recommendations, and collaborating with the broader HR team to deliver value-add solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a strategic partner and point of contact for supporting people strategy and initiatives across various HR domains for client-facing teams - Providing insights and advice to support decision-making, leading change when necessary, and collaborating with HR experts for comprehensive solutions - Influencing decisions by building strong stakeholder relationships and participating in client team meetings - Understanding the client team's business landscape and capacity for effective utilization and headcount planning - Supporting workforce management, team alignment, succession planning, and making engagement staffing recommendations - Partnering with stakeholders to validate performance information, promotion recommendations, and coaching activities - Keeping a pulse on employee engagement through various sources and driving effective programs to improve engagement and the overall "people" experience - Advising leaders on reinforcing culture, community, and engagement within the organization Additionally, you will be required to bring: - Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) - 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in multinational/global professional services - Demonstrated ability to establish key relationships with business leaders, develop credibility, and collaborate effectively - Experience in interfacing with international audiences and cross-office teams - Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with sensitive data, and meet tight deadlines - Attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and a client-first mentality At ZS, you will have opportunities to grow through cross-functional skills development, custom learning pathways, milestone training programs, and internal mobility paths.
