Human Resources Recruiting (Intern)

Role Overview: As an HR Intern at All Wave AV Systems, you will be joining a dynamic team with a primary focus on recruitment activities. This 3-month internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR operations, particularly in talent acquisition. Successful interns will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position at the end of the internship period. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and managing job advertisements. - Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements. - Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment progress. - Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation planning. - Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies. - Assist in creating reports related to recruitment metrics and overall HR activities. - Collaborate with senior HR professionals on special projects or initiatives as needed. Qualification Required: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred). - Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). - Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
