Your main responsibility as an HR Intern will be to support recruitment efforts within the organization. This 3-month internship program is tailored to offer hands-on experience in HR operations, particularly in talent acquisition. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role at the conclusion of the internship period. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in posting job openings and managing job advertisements on different platforms. - Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to role requirements. - Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate suitability. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain a database of potential candidates and monitor recruitment progress. - Provide support in the onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation planning. - Ensure seamless communication between departments during the onboarding phase. - Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies. - Assist in generating reports related to recruitment metrics and overall HR activities. - Collaborate with senior HR professionals on special projects or initiatives as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred). - Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Personal Qualities: - High energy and enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and taking ownership of tasks. - A personable nature with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Internship Details: - Duration: 3 months (full-time). - Location: Mumbai (Vashi office).
