Job Title: HR Recruiter (Remote) – BPO & Business Development Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for BPO, Sales, and Business Development positions for multiple clients across India. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for recruiters who excel in sourcing, screening, and onboarding quality candidates. High performers can earn up to ₹1.5 lakhs monthly through fixed and incentive-based payouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BPO, Tele-calling, Inside Sales, Business Development, and related roles.
• Manage bulk hiring and niche hiring requirements as per client needs.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client .
• Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets.
• Provide daily/weekly recruitment reports to the management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in BPO or Sales recruitment.
• Strong communication and people-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of job portals, sourcing channels, and social media hiring.
• Laptop/PC and stable internet connection is mandatory.
