Human Resources Manager / People Manager

Aimver is hiring a people-first People Manager who can do more than just handle hiring and payroll — someone who can bring energy, ideas, and empathy to lead a young, vibrant team and build a workplace people love coming to.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hiring experienced talent (2–7 yrs) across tech & non-tech roles
• Smooth onboarding journeys and first-day wow moments
• End-to-end payroll management (pre- & post-pay, compliance, coordination)
• Plan fun office games, outings, birthday buzz, and team events
• Build a culture where people feel excited to walk into office
• Be a calm, approachable presence and a true people champion
• Own people culture with out-of-the-box engagement ideas

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of HR experience in a fast-paced or mid-sized IT company.
• Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end hiring and payroll administration.
• Ability to build a positive employee experience with fresh ideas and a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English & Malayalam
