Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Douala V. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing HR strategies, implementing HR policies, conducting employee training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role includes managing employee relations, addressing workplace issues, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Skills in developing and implementing HR policies
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience in conducting employee training and development
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry is a plus
