Key Responsibilities:

HR Intern at iTUX

• Screening & Recruitment:

  Shortlisting candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.

• Trainer Onboarding:

  Guiding trainers through the iCademy platform, explaining recording processes, and managing portal-related tasks.

• HR Documentation:

  Maintaining trackers, creating onboarding guides, and drafting professional communication.

• Job Posting & Coordination:

  Publishing job openings, managing responses, and handling candidate engagement.

• Email & Communication:

  Managing internal/external communication and follow-ups with trainers and candidates.

• Staff Augmentation Support:

  Assisting with profile alignment based on client needs and project requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership
• Basic understanding of HR processes and the recruitment cycle
• Prior internship experience in HR is a plus, but not mandatory
