About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to a range of HR functions and real-world experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment processes: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates

Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees

Maintain and update HR databases and employee records

Help organize company events and employee engagement activities

Assist in performance management tracking and reporting

Support learning and development initiatives

Help draft HR policies and documents as required

Handle administrative tasks and support day-to-day HR operations

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a UG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Proficient in MS Office or Google Sheet (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
