About internship

:The Entrepreneurship Network (TEN) is seeking passionate Human Resources Interns (Recruitment focus) to join our HR team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to hiring and talent acquisition while working in a dynamic virtual startup environment. If you are interested in people management, organizational growth, and recruitment strategies, this role is the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

:
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain candidate databases and update application tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews or assessments.
  • Draft job descriptions and internship postings.
  • Support onboarding processes for selected candidates.
  • Maintain communication with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of HR and recruitment practices.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
