Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Chennai. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with the implementation of HR policies. The intern will also support the HR team in developing and implementing employee benefits programs and personnel management strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience or coursework in HR Management and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for learning and growth in the HR field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
