Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and recruitment while supporting day-to-day organizational tasks. Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

? Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation

? Support onboarding and induction of new hires

? Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions

? Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and performance data collection

? Support HR team with policy implementation and compliance tasks

? Contribute to process improvement and research in HR best practices

Requirements:

? Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

? Strong organizational and time management skills

? Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

? Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools

? Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

? Enthusiastic to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment
