Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  LinkedIn audits

  and provide actionable insights.
• Review

  resumes

  and provide improvement suggestions.
• Schedule meetings and interviews efficiently.
• Maintain

  log sheets

  and ensure records are up to date.
• Conduct

  telephonic interviews

  with candidates.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure

  smooth workflow

• Assist in creating and publishing

  one daily post

  on company platforms.
• Support the HR team with

  administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates in

  BBA, MBA

  , or related fields (preferred).
• Strong

  communication and coordination skills

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a

  fast-paced team environment

• Willing to learn and contribute to various HR functions.
